Innovating Higher Education in Japan Webinar – October 15 @ 8:00 AM JST (U.S.: October 14 @ 7:00 PM EDT)

Join the Japan ICU Foundation and the OIST Foundation for this new webinar series focused on the Future of Education in Japan. Education touches and transforms the future by shaping the minds of the next generation and building collaborative networks of learners. Educational entrepreneurs around the globe are building new schools and imagining new methods of learning. Visionary leaders in Japan are also innovating education and we aim to delve into how individuals and institutions there are pushing boundaries, challenging traditional methods of learning, and playing a role in fostering global citizenship. This three-part series showcases some of the changemakers leading the way within their institutions. Each session focuses on a different level of education, including higher education, K-12 education and non-traditional schools.

Our first webinar in the series brings together four leaders of some of Japan’s best universities to discuss how they see the future of higher education in Japan and the world.
